Standard Group Rate is $279.00 USD per night (king or double) plus $12.5% sales tax
Please note - upon early departure, an Early Departure Charge of one night's room and applicable tax applies.
Daily Resort Fee
A Daily Resort Fee of $22.50 will be applied. Daily Resort Fee includes the following: JW instructor-led wellness class for two daily, daily scheduled shuttle service to Disney Parks for up to 4 guests, Nightly scheduled shuttle service to Disney Parks for up to 4 guests, Daily enhanced High-Speed Internet Access.
Additional Charges
On-site parking, fee: $12 USD daily valet parking, fee: $50 USD daily
Changes in taxes or fees implemented after booking will affect the total room price.
Canceling Your Reservation
You may cancel your reservation for no charge before 11:59 PM local hotel time on July 30, 2024 (15 days [s] before arrival). Please note that we will assess a fee of $279.00 USD if you must cancel after this deadline. If you have made a prepayment, we will retain all or part of your prepayment. If not, we will charge your credit card. This fee equals 1 night of your room charge (for the first night of your reservation).
When You Check-in
Please be prepared to show proof of eligibility for your rate (such as a membership card, corporate or government identification card, or proof of your age). Additionally, you will be required to present a credit card to be used for incidental charges.
Modifying Your Reservation
Please note that a change in the length or dates of your reservation may result in a rate change. To make reservation changes, please email marianne.hamilton@nammba.org
Credit Card is Required Upon Check-In for any incidentals
Room stay, Tax, & Resort Fee are covered within the initial booking.
Parking will be EPO (Each Pays their Own).
